Refund policy

At Goldies Bake Shop, we take pride in baking and preparing every cake and catering pack fresh to order. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.

1. Change of Mind

Because our products are made to order and perishable, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once an order has been placed.


2. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Orders for cakes or catering packs can be changed or cancelled at least 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery time.

  • Cancellations made within this time will be refunded in full.

  • Orders cancelled less than 48 hours before pickup/delivery may incur a 50% cancellation fee to cover costs already incurred.

  • Same-day or next-day orders cannot be cancelled once confirmed.


3. Quality Concerns

We prepare all products with care, but if you believe there is an issue with your order:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of pickup/delivery.

  • Provide your order number, details of the issue, and clear photographs if possible.

  • If the product is found to be faulty or not as described, we will offer a replacement or refund.


4. Incorrect or Missing Items

If you receive the wrong product or an item is missing:

  • Notify us immediately (within 24 hours).

  • We will arrange for the correct item to be provided or offer a suitable resolution.


5. How Refunds Are Processed

  • Refunds are made to the original payment method used for purchase.

  • Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

  • In some cases, store credit may be offered instead of a refund, depending on the circumstances.


6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Please check your order at pickup/delivery to ensure everything is correct.

  • We are not responsible for damage to products after they leave our premises or after delivery is completed.
