🎂 Cake Decorator

• Decorator for cakes, cupcakes and specialty items
• Confident use of a pallet knife, including masking, smoothing & finishing
• Skilled use of a piping bag for borders, flowers, rosettes, and detailed designs
• Neat, accurate cake writing using a piping bag
• Assembling and layering cakes consistently
• Preparing icings, fillings, ganache and buttercreams.
