How It Works

Using the contact form below, tell us what you need — Size, flavour, colours, theme, occasion — give us the brief.

Upload inspiration (if you have it) — A photo, sketch, or a few dot points, anything important you would like to share.

We’ll confirm the plan — Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll get in touch to finalise details and pricing.

We bake it fresh — Your custom cake is made to order at our Helensvale Bakehouse.

We require at least 3 business days’ notice, but the more time you give us, the better! For larger or more detailed cakes, we recommend placing your order a week in advance.

All custom cakes are made at our Helensvale Bakehouse, and can be collected from your nominated local Goldies store.
Not at the moment. All custom cakes are pickup only.
Pricing depends on size, flavour, and design complexity. Once we’ve reviewed your request, we’ll confirm the cost with you before we start baking. Custom cake orders are more expensive than our standard selections.
